April marks a significant month at Reyes Beverage Group as Lee Distributors commemorates its 20th anniversary and Florida Distributing Company celebrates its 15th anniversary. Both companies have played pivotal roles in their respective communities by shaping the landscape of beverage distribution, being the trusted distributor of choice for our supplier and retail partners, fostering community engagement and driving positive change through various corporate social responsibility efforts.

Lee Distributors: 20 Years

Lee Distributors joined Reyes Beverage Group in April 2006 and operates from two warehouses in Summerville and Ridgeland, South Carolina.

With a team of over 180 talented employees, Lee Distributors sells and distributes over 6.3 million cases of beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, ready-to-drink cocktails and more to 2,570+ customers annually across the seven counties.

Over the past 20 years, the company has experienced steady growth by expanding its portfolio to include national and international brands and forging strong relationships with both supplier partners and customers.

In 2025, Lee Distributors won the #1 Top Workplaces in South Carolina award in the mid-size businesses category along with 10 other workplace awards, including Best Places to Work in South Carolina, recognition for leadership, appreciation, employee well-being and more. Lee Distributors also earned the 2024 Tiger Joe Distributor of the Year Award, an internal award and the most coveted honor that a Reyes Family of Businesses company can receive. These awards highlight Lee’s strong commitment to employee culture, people development and organizational values.

Beyond business growth, Lee Distributors has been a strong supporter and active member of its local communities. The company regularly sponsors local events, including charity runs, food drives, annual toy drives, volunteer work and more.

In 2024, Lee recycled over 260 kegs, and by mid-year 2025, the company diverted more than 15,000 pounds of waste. Lee Distributors continues to partner with Pacifico and Charleston Waterkeeper to raise awareness and advocate to keep local waterways clean. Additionally, the delivery team is focused on reducing carbon emissions by maintaining under 20% idle time.

Florida Distributing Company: 15 Years

Since joining RBG in April 2011, Florida Distributing Company (FDC) has become a trusted partner for beverage distribution throughout the state, operating from two state-of-the-art facilities in Orlando and Kissimmee, Florida.

With a team of nearly 500 talented employees, FDC sells and distributes over 17.3 million cases of beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, ready-to-drink cocktails and more to 7,560+ customers annually across 15 counties in Central Florida.

In 2024, Reyes Beverage Group unveiled the new Kissimmee facility for FDC, marking a significant investment in operational excellence, energy efficiency and sustainable operations. The site features innovative refrigeration energy reduction strategies in the keg cooler and warehouse, and has 100% LED lighting. Through December 2025, FDC ranked as the #3 most energy-efficient non-solar facility at Reyes Beverage Group, highlighting the company’s continued commitment to sustainability.

Community involvement is at the heart of FDC. FDC is a proud supporter of local food banks and actively gives back through hands-on service, including volunteering at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida by preparing meals to serve families in need.
